Hi Hope someone out there can help....? We are visiting Auburn Hills later this year for a concert and want to know what major airport would be the best to fly into and then what would be the best way to get from the airport...? What would you expect to pay for a cab?

Your primary airport is going to be Detroit Metro (DTW). Flint, MI (FNT) is a little closer to Auburn Hills, but is much smaller and has very limited service. Assuming you are coming from Scotland, there is no way to get here direct. There will be many options to get you to DTW, fewer to FNT. FNT probably requires connecting in Chicago O%26#39;Hare (ORD) on American or Atlanta on Delta. Check both airports for pricing.
A cab is going to be expensive, and get continually more expensive if you don%26#39;t have your own transportation. The Detroit metro area is a driving city - it is very tough to get around on public transportation or with cabs. A rental car is probably your best, and cheapest option - unless you have locals that will be driving you around.
