We are planning an overnight stay in Grand Rapids in a few weeks from now. We want to go to the Frederik Meijer Gardens and possibly the Children%26#39;s Museum while we are there. Are there any nice (clean) hotels in the area? We will be traveling with our 1.5 year old, so a place with a pool would be a bonus too! (Doesn%26#39;t have to have a kiddie pool, any indoor pool would be great.)

Try the Hampton Inn and Suites on 28th St. It is a nice hotel, with a good breakfast, large rooms, and a nice indoor pool. Nothing fancy, but should meet your needs. Have fun!

The Ramada Inn at 28th St %26amp; the East Beltline has just been renovated and has an indoor water park (not huge, but slides, etc.). Not been there, but i would only be like a 10-minute drive to the Gardens.
The Holiday Inn Express on the south end of town (Maybe 84th Street?) also has an indoor water park. It was clean and in good shape when we stayed there a few years ago.
