Summer Vacation Rental input needed 281 Brockway Avenue

We%26#39;ll be spending our first time in South Haven the 4th of July weekend. Wondering if there is any feedback on our rental at 281 Brockway Avenue? Which beach is closest? Can we really walk to Downtown? Any input is appreciated as this is our first time to South Haven. Thanks.

i can%26#39;t place that rental (whats the name??) the area of town is the north side...oak st beach is probably the closest and north beach is a short hike up the beach or walk on the sidewalks whichever you prefer

town would be a bit a hike but still very walkable...ilove the north end of town although as things change there are fewer services over there....the north shore deli is just a short walk though, as is capt lous!!

Thanks for checking, the name of the cottage is Summerwood Cottage. Again, any input about the home or area is greatly appreciated.

I know the house. It%26#39;s a small ranch, and was occupied by a local year around family since it was built, maybe ten years ago. Its really on a dead end street but because it%26#39;s near the entrance to two small subdivisions there will be some traffic. I didn%26#39;t know it was a rental. It is indeed about a mile to the center of town and I agree that the Oak st. beach would be closest, then Packard Park.
