We are planning a trip to Saugatuck with our 19 month old daughter. We wanted a place on the lake with it%26#39;s own beach. Lake shore resort seems to be the only one liek that but reviews indicate it is not family friendly? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

';The majority of our guests are adults seeking a quiet and relaxing stay on Lake Michigan. Therefore most of our rooms are furnished with one queen bed, one king bed or twin beds providing a two person maximum occupancy. A limited number of rooms will accommodate up to four people, thirteen years of age or older.';
Seems like I%26#39;ve seen people post here that they took their children but I don%26#39;t know how that worked out for them.
You could check this place out. It%26#39;s actually less than a mile from LakeShore Resort except it%26#39;s on the south side of the washout. You get to it by way of M 89 to Lakeshore Rd and then north.
I%26#39;ve driven by and the place looks nice but I haven%26#39;t had any feedback from anyone that has stayed there.

I had the opportunity to tour Timberbluff last Fall during a Historic Homes Tour...It%26#39;s a great property!
