Parkshores #11

Hello,

Has anyone stayed at this rental, Parkshores #11? Wondering if the patio is facing directly to the street or is it on the inside of the complex.

It seems to be the least expense rental there. Is there a reason for it?

I have stayed at the cannery row condos the last time we went to SH but they are not available during the time that we are planning on going.

Any insight on this specific condo would be great, thank you in advance.

I did a drive by. It%26#39;s the unit farthest south and east away from the lake and next to the pool. It would be similar to unit 5. The buildings are angled and this one would look northwest from the front side, and southeast from the back. From a position point of view it%26#39;s not that different from one nearer to Northshore Dr. in my opinion. I have no idea about layout or number of bedrooms etc. It%26#39;s a nice location: Stanley Johnston park behind and the lake to the west, northside grocery a half block away and an easy walk to the North Beach.

Thanks Mr. Rono!!! :-)

As always very helpful info. Thank you. I was just concerned that the back patio was facing the street, which it is not, so good news.

I actually found another real estate company (Jaqua Realtors) that rents the cannery row condos (or at least one of them) and they seem to have one available during our visit. So decision time.

Thanks again for your input.

never stayed but walk by em many times....great location....beach right across the street more or less and easy walk to town...in a pretty quiet area...

cannery row is even better...with an inground pool that always seems to have happy people in it!!

and beach RIGHT accross the street with that one!

good luck making that decision!!
